Lough Sheever

This is a mixed use gateway development which occupies a perimeter site on the entrance of Lough Sheever Corporate Park in Mullingar. The proposed development comprises over 3000 sq. m. Cat A office space and a further 3000 sq. m. of advanced technology buildings targeted at the growing robotics industry in the area. Buildings surround a central greenspace and creates a high quality sustainable workplace environment. Included in the overall masterplan is a café/restaurant which will service the development and the greater Lough Sheever estate.
