Clonmore Apartments

The proposed project can be summarised as the demolition of an existing mixed use building on a brown field site and the construction of an apartment development of 17 apartments on a site at Clonmore Shopping Centre, Mullingar. The proposed building presents to two public roads forming a strong corner with recessed balconies and finished in selected brick with a private courtyard behind. The massing has been considered with the building located to the north sand east allowing light to penetrate within the courtyard. The scheme is also stepped from three storeys to two tointegrate with the existing context and includes a shared rooftop garden for residents.
