BIM Level 2 Project in which we were the Contractors Architects and BIM Managers for an extensive high end fit out of 20 apartments, common areas and 800 sq. m of commercial space. Working within an existing shell which was part of an £180m development, we implemented the overall Architects design intent. We provided full detailed construction drawings based on coordinated BIM and oversaw this work on site in London liaising with both our client and the overall project design team. We coordinated the contractors design team members and liaised with the land lords representatives to insure the delivery of the highest quality apartments and commercial spaces.
