This modest home has been designed following a recognizable simple vernacular themes to sit naturally within a rural setting. The simple form is carried internally and enhanced through an attention to light, space, and a limited palette of materials.

This focus on amenity and comfort through simplicity of form is coupled with high levels of technical operational efficiency.
