Confiential Client – Raheen Business Park, Limerick.

This building was originally constructed in the early 1970’s as part of the Raheen Industrial Estate. The client brief was to revitalise the existing office spaces within the original building to create a modern space that  aligned with their requirements and values. The original building comprised a two storey office to the front with a large warehouse to the rear, and had many interventions and ad hoc internal layout changes over the years. We created an entirely new interior, removing non structural internal partitions, and redesigning the space in a much more efficient manner. This maximised the provision of desk space, whilst providing break out areas, meetings and canteen space. We maintained and enhanced the natural lighting of the building to create a warm, light filled work environment.
