Confidential Client – Limerick

This extensive project is was designed to detailed client requirements for a flagship building to address their ongoing requirements. The proposed design will see over 2000 sq. m. of existing warehousing refurbished and converted into unique open plan offices. An extensive new 3 storey 6000 sq. m. extension to the south and west of the building will house offices, laboratories and research facilities. The building will also contain a state of the art gym, changing facilities and social spaces for staff well being. The project will be LEED Platinum on completion and will reuse existing structures to reduce the carbon footprint of the works. The design bridges the industrial past of Raheen Industrial estate with the exciting future for our client in Limerick
