Set in a beautiful farm, this house is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Westmeath farmhouse which responds sensitively to its context. Breaking down the functions and uses of the dwelling, we created a home that caters for modern family needs. Rooms are light filled, whilst circulation areas celebrate the beautiful tree lined natural boundaries.

Constructed to the highest standards, the house is A Rated. Timber frame construction reduces the carbon footprint of the building, and high quality materials such as natural hardwearing materials ensure low maintenance and longevity. Polished concrete floors give a real sense of robustness associated with traditional Irish farmhouses.
